This International Women’s Day, the theme is “Give to Gain”- and to celebrate, we’d like to speak about how Hope, a female advisor at the Growth Company was able to creatively support a female service user back into work, through increasing her confidence. This is YZ’s story.
Working Well: Support to Succeed help people to overcome barriers which may prevent them from gaining work or pursuing their ambitions. They will also help to boost confidence and support people in achieving their goals.
