WorkWell Salford – helping Salford residents with health conditions at work

WorkWell is a new, free service designed for Salford residents who are facing challenges at work because of a health condition. Whether a mental health or a physical health concern such as a musculoskeletal (MSK) condition, the friendly and experienced WorkWell team will help participants to stay in work or return to work if they have had to give up their job due to a health-related condition. This includes self-employed workers.

Participants will be offered:

• A personal assessment to understand the best support for their needs
• Tailored plans to address their physical and mental wellbeing
• Access to local health services, wellbeing activities, and community support
• Careers advice and guidance to help them progress in their current job or explore new opportunities
• Tailored support from a dedicated Work and Health Coach
