Two programmes will run concurrently in Bolton aimed at two cohorts of 50 men and women. ‘Inspire’ will engage low-level literacy and IT skills. ‘Aspire’ will engage participants to move closer to further education, training. Both programmes will run for 36 weeks each.

We will deliver our Proud Young Adults group to prepare and support LGBT+ young adults for the future. Up-skilling attendees, we will draw on the National Youth Work curriculum and Skills for Life. Through our roaming model, we will engage residents and empower them through their transition into adult life.

We aim to reduce identified barriers for vulnerable residents in Bolton who are not engaging with mainstream services needed to progress into community life and work.  By delivering engaging, easily accessible activities to them on-site, we will support them to develop the skills required to progress towards achieving their goals.

We provide accessible courses for unemployed/economically inactive women suffering with trauma, health challenges or disability. The workshops/courses are aimed to develop skills, wellbeing and confidence and are designed around your complex needs and encourage steps towards inclusive employment. We have the experience of running similar workshops that have led to educational/employment opportunities.

Bounce Back to Work is a six-week participative course in how positive psychology can give a boost to your mental wellbeing. It is a participative introduction to some of the latest evidence-based techniques from positive psychology that have proven benefits on mental wellbeing and happiness.
