National Careers Service advisers
Tracey and Matt from the National Careers Service

The Growth Company is looking to recruit 10 new careers advisers for the National Careers Service North West to support those impacted by the economic effects of COVID-19.

With many workers being made redundant and young people struggling to find employment opportunities, the National Careers Service is expecting a surge in demand for high quality careers advice and guidance.

Lynne Bates, Operations Director at Growth Company Employment said, “The National Careers Service has such a vital role to play in the economic recovery. Being a National Careers Service adviser provides a unique opportunity to work with individuals from all backgrounds and career levels, who want and need support at a crucial moment in their life.

“As an adviser you can enable individuals to see their situation from a different perspective, recognise their skills and talents and empower a person to open up to new opportunities. Ultimately you’ll help them navigate their way through what can be some very challenging circumstances.”
