Midlife MOT Service for Employers

The National Careers Service can work with you to assess your organisation's needs and create a tailored plan to support your employees, using a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

Pension Wise offers free telephone appointments to help those aged 50+ to understand their personal or workplace pension and explore their options. The service is free, impartial and confidential. 

The NHS offers a free health check for those aged 40-74, designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. The service can be booked through your local GP.
